YEARLY

EXTERIOR INSPECTION

Roof: Shingles (Loose shingles, surface granules loss, broken shingles); Flashing (Bent, broken or missing)

Siding: Rotten wood (Check around doors, windows, soffit, fascia); Failing paint (Peeling, mold/mildew, excessive chalking)

Brick: Loose bricks (Check around doors, windows, upper course); Cracked mortar/brick (Check mortar for excessive deterioration)

Stucco: Surface cracks; Water penetration; Failing paint

Termites (Professional inspection recommended): Mounds around base of foundation; Wood particles around doors, windows”  Tom Tynan, Houston Chronicle
